GFJ (Gilded Flow Journal) is a premium golf apparel and accessory brand designed for the North American market. Inspired by a group of golfers who believe golf is more than just a sport — it's a lifelong journey — GFJ blends style, performance, and meaning into every collection.

With growing recognition across Canada, GFJ is expanding its business-to-business (B2B) footprint and is seeking a driven, strategic Sales Manager to help us build our wholesale channels, grow brand visibility, and shape the future of golf lifestyle retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fashion-forward sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand positioning goals.
  • Drive wholesale expansion by identifying and securing new accounts in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury retail.
  • Leverage industry networks, trade shows, and global fashion events to increase visibility and build new partnerships.
  • Position GFJ competitively within the fashion industry, balancing premium lifestyle branding with market accessibility.
  • Work closely with design and merchandising teams to align seasonal collections with consumer trends and retailer needs.
  • Shape GFJ’s identity as a lifestyle label through curated collaborations, storytelling, and targeted partnerships.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and fashion partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, wholesale agreements, and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Partner with marketing, design, and operations to create integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure product, pricing, and promotional strategies align with GFJ’s fashion vision and consumer expectations.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and inventory planning for wholesale accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging fashion markets to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and industry regulations across all sales channels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in fashion, wholesale, or lifestyle brand management.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and building brand visibility in competitive fashion markets.
  • Strong industry connections across retail, distribution, and fashion events.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understand Golf term, Golf Industry
