Pharmacist (Part-Time 15-20hrs/week)

근무지: 102-245 E Columbia Street, New Westminster

시급: $45-55/hr

담당업무:

• Provide clinical services including medication reviews, medication adaptations, and prescribing for certain conditions.
• Collect and review relevant patient, drug, and disease information to ensure appropriate therapy.
• Process and review prescriptions, assisting pharmacy assistants as necessary.
• Identify actual and potential drug therapy problems, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare team members.
• Recommend appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) products, vitamins, and supplements.
• Administer vaccines and other medications in compliance with BC Pharmacy Regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in speaking Korean (required for effective communication with patients)
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
• Certified to administer injections in BC.
• Current and up-to-date OAT training certification from the College of Pharmacists of BC.
• Familiarity with Kroll Program, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, with a demonstrated dedication to patient care and well-being.
• Self-directed, able to work independently, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Part-Time/Casual)

Shift: Monday-Friday (Morning shifts), some weekends as needed

담당업무:

• Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey
• Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.)
• Assess and monitor patient medication response
• Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care
• Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends, and both AM/PM shifts as required

What You Bring to the Table:

• LPN License in British Columbia (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel to patient homes)
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care
• Korean language skills (preferred)

1) 세일즈 업무

• 입주 희망자 찾고 연락해서 센터 투어 진행 및 계약 체결 → 100% 방 채우기
• 입주자들이 오래 머물 수 있도록 관리
• 경쟁 센터 조사하고 이에 맞춘 전략 세우기
• 연간/분기별 세일즈·마케팅·커뮤니티 계획 세우고 실행
• 문의 내역(이름, 연락처, 투어 결과 등) 기록 정리
• 총지배인과 협력해 방이 입주 준비 완료됐는지 확인
• 지역 병원·교회 등과 교류하며 우리 센터 알리기
• 외부 전문가나 모임에 센터 소개 및 프레젠테이션
• 매주 진행 상황(주간 리포트) 공유
• 마케팅 자료·입소 안내서 등 준비 여부 확인
• 시장·경쟁 상황 보고 및 리더십에 제안

2) 마케팅 업무

• 브로슈어, 이메일, 웹 콘텐츠, 홍보자료 등 제작 지원
• 온라인·오프라인용 흥미로운 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작
• 소셜 미디어 댓글·질문·피드백 관리
• 브랜드 이미지 유지하고 사용자 경험 개선

모집 대상: 

• 마케팅이나 경영 전공자 또는 세일즈·마케팅 최소 3년

• 시니어 주거 산업 경험
