주요 업무:

• 고객 스타일링 및 상품 선택 지원

• 비주얼 머천다이징 및 매장 정돈 유지

• 상품 입고 및 재고 관리

• POS를 통한 결제 처리

• 친절하고 전문적인 고객 서비스 제공

지원 자격:

• 패션에 대한 열정과 고객 응대에 대한 책임감

• 한국어 능통자 (말하기 및 쓰기)

• 영어로 기본적인 의사소통 가능자 (말하기 및 쓰기)

• 마이크로소프트 오피스 및 기본 컴퓨터 사용 능숙자

• 고객 서비스 또는 리테일 경력 2년 이상

• 패션 관련 SNS 운영 경험 우대

Join Our High-End Fashion Retail Team

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our upscale retail clothing store. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and handling sales transactions.

Position Type:

• Part-Time: 2–4 days per week

• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with styling and product selection

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Receive and manage inventory

• Process payments and handle POS transactions

• Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence

• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written)

• Conversational English skills (speaking and writing)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail experience

•  Experience managing social media accounts is a plus
